Calendar Default

The Calendar Default is a predefined media file (image or video) that plays in a loop when the device is offline, until it reconnects and receives a new publish command with updated content.

Each device has its own specific Calendar Default, and you can set a custom Calendar Default.

🔧 How to Configure a Custom Calendar Default​

  1. Go to the dedicated edit page for the specific device.
  2. Navigate to the "Setup Calendar Default" tab.
  3. Choose what should happen when the device goes offline:
    • Continue playing the last published content
    • Start playing the Calendar Default
  4. On the right side, search and select the media you want to set as the Calendar Default, or use the platform's default media.
